Santosh Engineering Works is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer of precision machined components, assembly parts and custom engineering solutions, working from Dehu, Pune since 1980. Forty-six years on, the discipline has not changed: parts that measure right, every time, delivered on the date we committed to.

Core expertise

Our specialisation is the machining of ferrous and non-ferrous castings and bar stock to customer drawings — high-precision turning, milling and grinding, together with fabricated components and sub-assemblies. Sliding-head and multi-axis CNC turning, VMC milling and inspection all sit under one roof, so a part is planned, cut, measured and dispatched without leaving our control.

We machine special types of studs, piston cooling nozzles, banjos, adaptors and threaded nipples, precision ground dowel pins, lifting I-bolts and U clamps, in carbon and alloy steels, stainless and tool steels, brass, aluminium and Teflon.
