Precision turned parts are produced on our Citizen Cincom A20 5-axis CNC sliding-head machine (up to Ø25 mm) and on BFW and HAAS CNC turning centres for larger diameters. Sliding-head turning keeps long, slender parts accurate along their full length and completes many features in a single set-up, giving close tolerances, fine surface finish and excellent repeatability across large batches.
