Helper – Machine Shop Job in Pune
Support our CNC, turning and VMC operators on the shop floor and learn precision machining hands-on, with a clear path to become a machine operator.
Key responsibilities
- Assist machine operators with loading and unloading of components
- Move material, castings and finished parts safely between operations
- Deburr, clean and pack components as instructed
- Keep the work area clean, safe and organised (5S)
- Follow safety rules and use personal protective equipment
- Learn machine operation under the guidance of senior operators
Who we are looking for
- 10th / 12th pass; ITI (Fitter / Machinist / Turner) preferred
- Freshers welcome — training provided
- Willingness to learn and work in shifts
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
- Candidates from Dehu, Talegaon, Chakan and nearby areas preferred
