Full-time positions at our plant in Dehu, near Pimpri-Chinchwad, Talegaon and Chakan.
Grow our customer base among automotive, diesel engine and hydraulic manufacturers by turning enquiries and drawings into long-term supply partnerships.
Support our CNC, turning and VMC operators on the shop floor and learn precision machining hands-on, with a clear path to become a machine operator.
Make sure every machined part leaves our plant right first time — through in-process and final inspection under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

Santosh Engineering Works is an ISO 9001:2015 certified precision engineering and automotive component manufacturer at Dehu, Pune. We machine customer-supplied castings and forgings, and completely manufacture components such as studs, special fasteners, U-clamps, piston cooling nozzles and precision turned parts for automotive, diesel engine and hydraulic customers.
Our in-house plant runs a Citizen CNC sliding-head machine, BFW and HAAS turning centres and five 4th-axis-capable VMCs — the kind of equipment where you learn real, modern manufacturing.
